Plaza Centers sells last four malls to Dawnay Group
Israeli real estate developer Plaza Centers has sold its four last malls in Hungary to British Dawnay Group for 56 million Euros. Dawnay Day's new plazas are in Pécs, Sopron, Szombathely and Veszprém, each in west Hungary. French Klepierre used to have a pre-purchase right for the four malls, but they did not exercise it. The total gross size of the four malls is 64,000 sq.m and they host 315 shops. Plaza Centers will retain two office buildings and a school building in Budapest. (Vg 1) M.K.
