After a year's delay, ceramics producer company Zalakerámia Rt finally accepted its 2003 report in the company's extraordinary board meeting yesterday. According to the report now accepted, the company's own capital was Ft 20.6 billion in 2003, it had Ft 19 billion in net turnover in the same year and had profits worth Ft 1.4 billion. The delay was due to a disagreement between former and present majority owners ÁÉB Rt bank and the Lasselsberger group. (Vg 13) R.G.
