Lake Velence and its surroudings may have a fully developed sewerage and water purification system by October 2007, said László Magyari, state secretary for Economy and Transport, at a press conference. The municipalities and the delegates of the relevant portfolios have just signed the contracts. The majority of the project funds, Ft 4.35 billion comes from EU sources, Ft 1.45 is sponsored by the budget, and Ft 500 million is being contributed by municipalities. (Vg 4) E.C.
