Market research sector does well in 2004
Hungary\'s EU entry provided a fresh impetus to the market research sector which saw its annual sales jumping 10% to Ft 13 billion in 2004 in an increasingly concentrated market, which features a growing number of Hungarian-owned companies. Another new element last year was the expanding online activity by players and an intensified focus on commercial and pharmaceutical research. Today the Hungarian market research sector employs some 800 full-time staff, well above the average of other CE European countries. (Vg 8) S.F.
