OTP standardizes ATM fees

From the beginning of this year, OTP banking card owners are able to withdraw money from all OTP's ATMs outside the country at the same fee as in Hungary. Until the end of 2004, the cash withdrawal charge cost Euro 3 plus 1% of the sum withdrawn; now all transactions carried at any OTP ATM are charged uniformly at 1 Euro. OTP has 1390 ATMs in Hungary, 102 in Slovakia, and 305 in Bulgaria, and there are approximately 3.4 million cardholders affected.
