Budapest Water Works to establish franchise network

Budapest Water Works (FV) Rt plans to establish a franchise network to serve clients more efficiently, CEO Csaba Haranghy said. FV can offer its experiences, know-how and technical background to smaller water works, Haranghy said. FV has reconstructed 65 kilometers of pipeline this year and 30% fewer pipes ruptured this year than last year due to the ongoing pipe reconstruction program, Haranghy said. FV expects a net revenue of Ft 22 billion and an after-tax profit of Ft 1 billion this year, Haranghy said. (Vg 7) M.K.
