EconMin redefines industrial park concept

The Economic Ministry plans to issue a new regulation in March regarding industrial parks tightening the definition of the concept, announced Marianna Csákvári, deputy state secretary of the Ministry. The Ministry will review titles given between 1999 and 2004 and as part of the process 166 industrial parks will be classified into three groups. Approximately 10 parks are likely to loose the title, some of them will be able to keep it for another five years and 30-40 industrial parks will receive the title for an unspecified period. Industrial parks' average occupancy rate is currently 42.7%. (Vg 1) R.G.
