Unilever takes over local cosmetic firm
Traditional Hungarian cosmetic brand Helia-D was bought from Unilever Rt by a group of Hungarian investors lead by venture company Renomé Rt, announced Hália-D Kft's managing director Péter Budaházy. Unilever sold the brand in scope of a product portfolio reorganization. Hélia-D Kft wants to increase the brand's turnover from Ft 250 million to Ft 400 million next year. The company also plans to acquire 20% of its turnover from export in 2005, Budaváry also added. (Vg 18) R.G.
