Meat processor Pick Szeged Rt has sold its 99.9% holding in Herz Rt to Ottó Albrecht, managing director and majority owner of Cashline Securities Rt. Herz has annual EBITDA of about Ft 1 billion and hopes to generated revenues of Ft 9 billion this year, up from Ft 8.1 billion in 2003. Speaking to an online business magazine, Albrecht said the company had a healthy balance sheet and was ripe for listing on the Budapest bourse, which could take place as early as next year.
