Luxury goods are selling well this winter. The top hits of the season are home entertainment sets, DVD players, DVD writers, and LCD and plasma TVs. Five years ago, a 42-inch plasma TV cost Ft 3 million, whereas now one can be had for only Ft 500 thousand. The fur coat market is also purring over nicely this year, with top furs including velvet mink, chinchilla and the lightest and most expensive: the sable, which can cost as much as a Mercedes.
