Company registration in one day
Registry courts will be able to register new limited partnerships (betéti társaság), limited liability companies (korlátolt felelősségű társaság) and general partnerships (közkereseti társaság) in one single workday, the Ministry of Justice promises. However, only firms with pre-prepared cotract formulas and pre-booked company names could be entitled to such a fast track approval, after sending an online request to registry courts. Businesses support the idea, but the codification process is still under way. If it is completed and the new option is entered into the new Company Act, fast track company registration could be possible from June 2006 onwards.
