Options in the draft retail act bill

There are two options for selling goods at a lower price than purchased in the new retail act bill under preparation, Világgazdaság has learned. The first option totally prohibits this practice, the second one does not say anything about it. This is a result of intensive lobbying by various interest groups. The Ministry of Economy will present the draft bill to a government session soon and the cabinet has to decide between the two options. However, the draft bill defines clearly the notion of significant market power, an important concept in many court of justice procedures.
