Mol acquires Bosnian oil company

The government of Bosnia and Hercegovina yesterday approved a deal giving Hungary''s Mol a 67 percent stake in Bosnia''s Energopetrol. The price is 6.7 million US dollars. Mol will take over 39.6 million dollar in debts of the largest Bosnian oil company as well. The Bosnian government will maintain a 22 percent stake in Energopetrol, other small investors hold another 11 percent. The deal is yet to be endorsed by other shareholders of the Bosnian company, too.
