Felemás Udmurtnyefty ajánlat - mostmár mindegy

Az oroszországi Udmurtnyefty olajcégre úgy akart a Mol és a Gazprom közösen pályázni, hogy az 50-50 százalékos ajánlat mögött a Mol 1,75 milliárd dollárral állt volna, a Gazprom pedig 1,25 milliárd dollárral, közölte az utóbbi elnök-helyettese a német Manager Magazinnak adott interjújában.

Az így létrehozni kívánt, 3 milliárd dolláros ajánlat magasabb volt és nyerőbbnek ígérkezett a Gazprom előzőleg egyedül beadott 2,7 milliárdjánál. Még korábban viszont a Mol ennél többet ígért, nem hivatalos hírek szerint 3,5 milliárdot, de nem nyert.

Végül a Sinopec társaságé lett az Udmurtnyefy, így a Mol-Gazprom páros már be sem adta ajánlatát. Hírek szerint a kínai cég eladja az egyébként 4 milliárd dolláros értékűre becsült Udmurtnyeftyet az orosz állami Rosznyeftynek.
